Meals are not provided, so guests are encouraged to bring any additional food they would like during their stay.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 20% deposit is required at booking to reserve your selected dates.

Deposits may be transferred to a future date with at least 30 days’ notice, except for the month of October (no cancellations for October). Deposits are non-refundable. 

Remaining balances are due 4 weeks prior to your stay.

Hot Tub Use

A signed liability waiver is required for all guests wishing to use the hot tub. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
